Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. However, the dining experience left something to be desired during the first couple of days. The location was ideal for skiing enthusiasts but not so close to the city center. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and each had its own dedicated locker, perfect for our ski gear. The location was incredible, just across the road from the ski lifts, making it super convenient for hitting the slopes. The service was friendly and responsive, with the exception of the receptionist, who could have been more welcoming. The dining experience was delightful with a great variety and quality of food. The ski room is a bit small, much like the shower inside.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On the positive side, the location was excellent for accessing the Carosello slopes, and the staff was helpful. However, the rooms were in need of renovation and quite small. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown despite some good dishes, and the facilities were decent but not outstanding.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, just across the road from the ski lift, making it convenient for both skiing and access to the city center. The rooms, however, looked tired and would benefit from a renovation. The service was generally good, although there were some instances of unprofessional behavior. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some excellent local offerings but with limited variety. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and decorated in a lovely alpine style. The only downside was the size of the attic room, as it could have been a bit bigger. Although not a 4-star hotel, it provided great value for money.
